anyone know about 8v digifant running on individual throttle bodies ??

hey i understand u can run a 16v on ITB but can u mke an 8v digifnt run on them?

and how dificult will it be to gett it running with the injection system and the ir mass sensor

apparently its not a widely done thing as the inlet on the head is on the rear of the engine, right above the exhaust - this poses issues with inlet temps.

i have heard about a crossflow head, but know nothing about it

fyi you would block the injector ports and do away with AFM

i really want to run it on ITB cause its gived good performance looks nd sounds

itll be a right nightmare to run as a daily you would have to set it up with the seasons and if your sat in traffic the car will soon run lumpy etc.

id go with the 2litre bottom end with big exhaust valve P+P head, can & 4 branch etc - if you want to spend near on £700..

i was tempted to bolt in the vr6 but without sycro running gear apparantly theyl ten to understeer more cause the block is heavier :S

yep thats a drawback much heavier on the front end - there is a different way to drive them completely - however a well set up one with decent branded tyres is a bit of a tool...

plus the 145mph top speed (limited by ecu) is cool - which can be extended using a 5th gear out of a diesel - and they are solid enough to charge!

im pretty sure 4x4 syncro gearbox would be good

ya, but theres plenty of room under the car 4 the difs and transfer box,

its like they were too lazy to build a different shape lol
